I have recently been reading about “corporate culture”; this has led me to think about what the “corporate culture” is here at CVLC. Corporate culture starts from the top down. The ideals and ethics of our physicians is reflected in our exemplary employees. We encourage all who work here to work as a team with a common goal. This goal is to provide state of the art patient care and treatments and to attain a high level of competence as well as provide quality customer service. CVLC widely recognized in the community as a practice that has great customer service. It is a privilege to be a part of this organization.
