Fees and Payments


Fees for services are determined at the time of consultation. Payment plans can be developed so as to accommodate your needs, and to begin treatment at your earliest convenience. Please see individual services for price ranges on listed procedures or services, however, exact fees will be discussed in person. Also, most medical insurance programs are accepted for medically necessary procedures:

Payment Options
Your office co-pay, as well as any fees for non-covered procedures or cosmetic procedures, are due upon completion of your visit.
