Fraxel CO2 Re:pair

Fraxel™ Laser Laser Resurfacing is a “fractional” treatment that produces thousands of deep, tiny columns in your skin, called microscopic thermal zones. FLT is “fractional” in that it intensively treats portions of the skin without affecting any of the surrounding tissue, which reduces healing time and promotes the skin’s natural process for creating new, healthier tissue to replace the damaged cells.

This “fractional” treatment allows the skin to heal much faster than if the entire area were treated at once, using the body’s natural healing process to create new, healthy tissue to replace skin imperfections.

NEW Fraxel CO2 re:pair™ Laser Resurfacing is a non-surgical way to correct moderately aged and sun-damaged skin – without the prolonged downtime or adverse reactions of surgery or traditional resurfacing procedures.

NEW Fraxel CO2 re:pair™ treatment has FDA clearances for:

  • Wrinkles
  • Irregular texture
  • Sun and age spots (pigmented lesions)
  • Sun-induced redness (vascular dyschromia)

With NEW Fraxel CO2 re:pair™ treatment, patients get dramatic results in a single treatment. The treatment typically takes 30-60 minutes, with most men and women returning to routine activities in four to five days.* Another huge benefit of NEW Fraxel CO2 re:pair™ is skin tightening. In some cases patients will see up to 1/3 of what traditional surgical facelift would achieve.* Also NEW Fraxel CO2 re:pair™ is used to treat the neck, chest and hands.

How are Fraxel CO2 re:pair™ Laser Treatments performed?
To prepare your skin for treatment, it will be cleansed. A topical anesthetic cream is applied to the treatment area approximately 60 minutes prior to treatment in order for the anesthetic to take full effect. The procedure takes between 30 to 60 minutes for a full face. The anesthetic cream is washed off immediately before the treatment.

Is Fraxel Laser Treatment painful?
Most patients describe the treatment as feeling a mild to moderate heat sensation.. The topical anesthetic cream, combined with local anesthesia (lidocaine) and a mild sedative allows patients adequate comfort during the treatment.

How much do the treatments cost?
Treatments vary from $2,000 – $6,000 per treatment.
